8. kalyanimatrimony.in is not liable for damages caused due to incorrectness of the information provided by its members regarding the religion, caste or creed or any other personal information. If the members’ profile is deemed to be unfit, kalyanimatrimony.in has the right to delete, alter or refuse the same at any point of time without any notice.
9. kalyanimatrimony.in cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from discontinuation of the service. kalyanimatrimony.in will also not be responsible for any damage caused due to others accessing members profile.
10. kalyanimatrimony.in cannot guarantee that you as an applicant will receive responses and hence cannot be held responsible for no replies. In this case we cannot give any refunds or credits.

17. Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 years in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 years;
18. Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

MEMBERSHIP
Mode: By registering your profile through any of our domains [Listed in the Annexure] or by the remittance of fees you become a member of kalyanimatrimony.in.
Every individual shall be liable to pay membership fees as per the membership plans shown on the website, for registering himself/herself in order to access the entire permissible database of the www.kalyanimatrimony.in. The membership fees may be payable by Credit Card, Debit card, net banking or Demand Draft as per the convenience of the individual. The membership fees are not refundable if a member chooses to terminate the membership.
Once paid, amount won't be refunded under any circumstances.
Online Conduct:
You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through kalyanimatrimony.in’s services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. kalyanimatrimony.in reserves the right to provide this feature to its members. kalyanimatrimony.in has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.
kalyanimatrimony.in reserves the right to edit/delete your photo if it's not a valid/clear/related one. If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.
You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc.
kalyanimatrimony.in reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. kalyanimatrimony.in may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith.
You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. kalyanimatrimony.in will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above.
